H-OS detects the ticket via API. It locates the nearest L-Series droid on Floor 3 and overrides the elevator controls to fetch it.
Status: Digital command sent.

The Execution (Fleet)

The droid navigates the corridor, auto-opens the guest's door, and delivers the item.
Status: Mission Complete.
